I don't disagree with your comments, but there is no getting away from the fact the CAA DID waste £millions of tax payers money this time last year by pre positioning 747's all over Europe!
That was the first time that the CAA have ever 'knee jerked' and caused additional instability of a business as well as making the WRONG call and I hope (despite the sheer waste of £'m's) that they again end up with egg on their face.
I also hope if it plays out and MON continue to exist that somebody's head rolls at the CAA due to the utter waste of taxpayers money by again flying empty aeroplanes half way round the world for no good reason.
