Not that bright an idea ... Ryanair is not suffering from a shortage of pilots ... it is suffering from a shortage of pilots prepared to work for the amount of money and terms/conditions that Paddy is offering ... loads of pilots around, just none that want to work for him. Adding more pilots to the pile from Monarch will not change that situation.
