easyJet:
-getting rid of flexicrew
-free sims
-LOL, not the next but you can top it up
-night stop allowance
-no positioning at your own cost on days off
-permanent contracts early on
-good working into a day off payments
-no need to set up your own company
-free 'food'
-free tea coffee water
-fairly transparent base transfer policy once you're permanent
-no punishment basing in Godknowswhereingrad if you're naughty
-share scheme with occasional free shares awarded
-pension
-allowance for benefits including topped up LOL, critical illness cover etc.

Not sure how that compares to Ryanair as ive never seen their contract before. Could you advise how Ryanair compares to easyJet in this instance?
