No I was on holiday lol. Actual compensation advice was given. It was on their website on the 18th September. The CAA have stepped in to interpret EU261 in their own way as regards re routing, and Ryanair have chosen to comply with that interpretation, and also told them to make their duty of care expenses clearer.
