I wish I could write/speak Italian as well as you can write in English.
Although I understand what you are saying in your posts, there are a number of spelling and grammatical errors which are obvious to a native English speaker. If this was recreated in the application, it would not be the same quality as many others.
Although you may well be disadvantaged applying in English, you would certainly be head and shoulders above a native UK applicant applying in Italy.

Try some low cost operators based in Europe. There is demand for pilots out there. Failing that consider instructing to gain flying experience.
