Really? Airlines have developed SOPS and stabilisation criteria so things like this never occur! But hey... its India so expect it right?
This sounds like an airline with fundamental safety issues, like most LCC that grow faster than their training and management can manage. But monsoon rains should be a legitimate excuse, just make sure that the passengers are briefed prior to departure so that can get off if they feel uncomfortable....
