gulliBell, my first flight as pilot of a 206B was in a machine without duals!
The "captain" was in the left seat telling me what to do. Luckily just an intro flight, I already had 3000+ hrs in other Bell products, and there were no training sequences to cover, but still an unusual thing to do!
And it was 1978...probably wouldn't happen today.
