The pay scales for cadets have been confirmed, and we now have the go-ahead to share these:
Year 1) £35,500 plus flight pay of approx £3,000-£4,000
Year 2) £42,500 plus flight pay of approx £3,000-£4,000
Year 3) £52,530 plus flight pay of approx £3,000-£4,000
Year 4 rises to standard FO pay of £57,730 plus flight pay of approx £3,000-£4,000.
The value of the 3-year bond is approximately £22,000 at the start, declining in stages over the 3-year period.
