yeah we should be in the process.
As I have friends in HR (aviation, or else) they all told me, it's normal;
It's like dating 2 or 3 girls at the same time to see....then you make your final choices to chose the one.
sure it's quite a bit mean, but they are in the position to do it (for the moment ).
So it means they wait until they see all the applicants, then they will finally compare and chose.
But true, it's not so fair for June's applicants.
