last weekend Titan was delayed at MAN to ATH 8 hours - they could have told the Cunard pax the night before as they knew they were subbing in from Euro Atlantic in Lisbon.
but they let the pax arrive at 0700 and they left at 1600 - they got £15 vouchers to spend which does not buy you that much for all day at MAN airport
had they delayed the pax the night before they were not obliged to give vouchers so they could have saved £15 x 262 pax
pax still can claim 400e EU delay compo as in the case of the BA LHR ATH 33 hour fiasco
