But nonetheless, please do not let this fact discourage you from pursuing your dreams, what I meant is the company prefers local candidates but this does not mean that overseas applicants do not stand a chance, they still do, if they have the passion/correct qualities and display the correct attitude If you have applied, be patient, it will usually take about roughly 4 months(or even above) for SQ to reply and invite you for the interview(based on what I read on the other forum).
