Perhaps if the RYR pilots could form a union, then they might be more like MO'Ls inspiration Southwest, a company many aspire to join, and are happy to work for, rather than the armchair pundit's go-to company of choice to use as a stick to beat upstart pilots over the head with. The "crab bucket" mentality in this country is shocking. It's why the rest of Europe outperforms us in many areas and for some reason since the Brexit vote last year, it's only got worse.
