PBN shift from operator to IR pilot training (EU)

There's been a recent shift for PBN (BRNAV PRNAV etc) certification on aircraft and whereas this used to be shown on the operators' AOC (in most countries) this has now been removed with a few exceptions and shifted to the IR training. Basically it is assumed that most aircraft are PRNAV capable and the focus is now on the pilots' proficiency to use the systems correctly and will therefore be incorporated specifically into the IR training.

If any pilots could help me though - are there circumstances however where a commercial aircraft may NOT be PRNAV capable? If so, where would I be able to see this? the FCOM for example?

Thanks all!
