I advice you to see the forest for the trees. You recognize management read these forums. Which post do you think impacts them more? One outlining the truth or a spelling lesson? You've obviously haven't seen the profoundly impressive pieces of poetry delivered by our management. I think you might be giving them a bit too much credit.
In the age of autocorrect, the best advice (you like that) I can give you is to pull the stick out just a bit so as to not impair your vision and loose (sorry, couldn't help myself) sight of the big picture.
