As already mentioned, paying for flights and hotel is standard practice for Globaljet and we may not agree with it, but it's pretty much standard practice for most bizjet operators in Europe.
If they like you, and want to offer you a contract, expect a call fairly soon after interview. If they don't, then don't expect to hear anything back at all.
