Volotea might be a nice enough place to start your career, especially if you want to live in southern Europe, but it's not the kind of airline kids grow up dreaming of working for.
The salary advertised on PPJN is lower than most European airlines and certainly isn't going to help pay back any huge loans.
If you start on the B717 you'll be reliant on getting an internal transfer to the Airbus or probably paying for another type rating if you ever want to move on.
I'm really struggling to see any reason for people to apply yet I'm sure there'll be loads.......
