I just got a copy of the contract from the recruiter and to be honest, the wholly owned regionals are offering a better deal once you take everything into account.
EVA vs a MAJOR.....NO BRAINER (Money, schedule, home, environment...)
EVA vs a REGIONAL...I'd say it all depends on what you really want. Check the info closely and ask around. I don't believe the regionals match up (at least money wise), but again it depends on what YOU are looking for.
