My comment regarding the number of school is not connected to EASA or any other governing body regulations, or specific licence issue requirements. It is that of recruiting criteria I have seen.
My question was trying to establish if NR UPRT MCC JOC where included in the school limit set or not.
I've spent a few hrs reading EASA and UK CAA regs with regards to individual licence issue but as stated. The school limit is driven from recruitment not regulation.
