Must agree, you go by what is written in the POH. If speed is in MPH, then you use MPH (& only old aircraft specify MPH), if your fuel is supplied in litres but your POH specifies US GAL (note: 3.8L as opposed to 4.54 IMP GAL) then you should be able to convert. If you can't then there is no place for you in aviation
