Pilost, just to set the record straight, Malaysians are not treated as second class citizens compared to Singaporeans in SQ. In fact, they are accorded some very significant advantages over their Singaporean colleagues which I will not now go into. What is true, though, is that all pilots in SQ are at the receiving end of a very royal shafting at the moment and money notwithstanding, I can fully appreciate why there are many who are considering leaving.
