Not too sure where in my post I illuded to a particular age group being past their useby date, nor do I recall lumping everyone into that demographic.
What I said was, and feel free to re read if necessary, both AN and QF had them in droves. I made no mention of how old they were.
Any crew members that continually came to work uninterested, did as little as possible and saw the majority of passengers as an inconvienience were as far I'm concerned past their use by date, be them 2 months into the job or 20 years.
In my 8 years at AN as a FA & CM I saw this almost every day I went to work. Both young and more experienced crews were guilty of it. Please don't suggest that I implied it was an ailment native only to longer serving crew, for that truely shows signs of ignorance.
