Welcome to this forum! I have no answer to your question but be warned that for serious touring with 4 people a 4-seat plane will not be sufficient: you will be unable to carry any fuel or any luggage. With a possible exception for small children but you will likely want the keep the plane when they are not small anymore. So that a Lancair Evolution would not be any real good for you.
