Having spoken to some pilots there recently and someone from HR, they all seem happy there whether on the ATR or the E195. Some recently finally got their move to Aer Lingus on the A320 after many years of waiting. Stobart are very stuck for Captains in their Cork base. Their 5/3/5/2 roster is quite good! Your question is a little vague however... i.e. do you mean roster, A/L, treatment by management etc ? .. but in general its a friendly place to work I hear.
