Yes, I agree. Whilst the cabin crew do come down the aisle with their trollies selling you food and drink, let's not forget that they are there primarily
FOR YOUR SAFETY.
If they ask you to do something, they are doing so with the delegated authority of the aircraft captain, who under the Air Navigation Order is solely responsible for the safety of the aircraft and all on board. Disobeying a 'request' by the cabin crew can, as intimated above, lead to action by the captain (with the full backing of Jet2), up to and including diversion, offload and arrest.
