Apparently some more senior crew are now requesting G days and or flights so they can then accept proffers and make $$$ on the side, others are requesting regional flying and then selling them to junior crew (JFOs) desperate for sectors so they can pass their QL.
Got to love an airline that gets "colleagues" to profit off one another, this place is toxic.
