Jbrownie, from what I have heard, yes. I believe they are winding back on services because they don't have enough pilots; especially Captains. Like a lot of operators in the Australiasia part of the world, they're screaming for guys.
As I understand it, a combination of Chinese and Emirati carriers ramping up recruitment due growth, as well as baby boomers beginning to retire, means that there will be plenty of opportunities for a while to come, unless something drastic happens like outbreak of war or another SARS event.
