There is a short field option for the A320neo available apparently, whether that's relevant to EZY's order - I've no idea. But it's an interesting point you raise, especially with the extra 6 seats on the new aircraft and being added to the existing A320's. Plus the 30 A321 on order. I can't see an issue for SEN in the short to medium term, but once the A319's have gone?
It would interesting to hear from someone who can speak with authority about the performance of the new aircraft and possible implications for SEN.
