Thomson and Thomas Cook will ravish this opportunity. I agree with the post above that there will be a minimal programme at first for S18 but it's an opportunity to deploy aircraft away from the oversaturated Costa's and Portugal to better yield routes. Never have I known there to be flights for less than £60 return in August to the likes of PMI, MAH and IBZ but with hotels costing £700-£1000 for a week. Cheap hotels with better yield routes is a win win situation for both the travel operators and passengers. I expect there to be 1/2 flights a week from LGW, STN, BHX, MAN and BRS.
People will go if it's cheap or were regulars before. Don't forget the Dinar is one of the few currencies where the pound is performing well against, compared to the Euro.
