This is all in stark contrast to the adulation the MAG twitterati bestowed on him via social media as the second coming last Friday!
Maybe they thought he was coming with a sack of goodies rather than a hatchet concealed in his overcoat.
3 days on those photo call pictures of a beaming Charlie Cornish with a two faced "Ayling Grayling" seem somewhat embarrassing not to say tarnished and stale.
