CAE Oxford at Melbourne Moorrabbin did have approval for CPL but it may have lapsed.
Otherwise L3 Commercial Training Solutions Airline Academy (Formally CTC) at Hamilton in NZ.
You will need to head back to the UK to finish of the IR test
