"Barnstable" The HS2 route to Leeds in South Yorkshire was announced yesterday. The line is going to run East of Sheffield meaning the proposed station at Meadowhall won't be getting built.
Instead HS2 Trains will call at Sheffield via a spur utlising the exsisting lines.
