Sorry I'm with the other guys - the 737-800 is the current NG version whereas the 737-8 is the new MAX version.
The aircraft designations are on the back of the Norwegian aircraft as per the tweet below where it's actually called the 737 MAX 8 and the adjacent NG is 737-800.
