In reply to Gazza 007 the Civil Aviation Act (CAA) 1982, as amended by the Civil Aviation (Amendment) Act 1996, Article 75 prohibits any person entering any aircraft when drunk, or being drunk in any aircraft. So far airports themselves are concerned assuming that they are public places I assume that the normalaw.hlish laws of drunkenness would apply in addition to the Public Order Act
Maybe the real problem rests with the lack of police resources to enforce the law.
