I got my +10 E the same day I reached the minimum requirement.
Also they have extended the +10 E program to 1200 h.
Min require to start CU program:
800 h B737 with Ryanair(+one winter season)
1500 h JAR-25
2900 h total time
2 last simchecks with grade good or better.
Yep, because you are in a base with a good BC. I have double min requirements...
