Simple answer: Microsoft should just return to the previous version! All the users and media would then be happy.
We have Version 6.15 (335) for Mac OSX. It worked fine until we were cut off a few weeks ago.
We have no complaint about its ease of use, quality of calls or reliability. No "upgrade" was needed for functionality except to add serious end-to-end encryption to keep conversations secure and confidential.
Just allow it to work again!
