They new the contract was miserable then they made a bad choice joining. Many more occupations are payed a lot less for equally responsible jobs. I guess as another strike starts on the 19th July the Qatar fleet will be staying on with replacements for the 200 crew present. The Qatar service does indeed give out gratis snacks and drinks.
The cost of the industrial action plus the IT outage must surely bring about some management changes, if not curtailing Alex Cruz's CEO position. Mind it seems to me that big businesses care very little about embarrassment, not a great deal about the customer and nothing for the staff!
