12th. Can anyone summarize the new recruitment process for cadet pilot? I take it that the new stages will be:
- Initial test
- ICAO English Assessment
- Initial interview
- Flying school Assessment
- Final Interview Stage
Aside from the fact that the initial test is based on cut-e, information regarding the later stages are scarce, considering there are multiple members here who have recently gone through it.
