Manchester - Amsterdam and Paris flows of people will almost all be by air. Much of this will be O&D traffic ex MAN, although a fair chunk of it will be connnecting. Probably a much lower %age than LHR.
Manchester - London will have significant flows by rail and road. I suspect 90% of the MAN-LHR traffic will be connecting.
