Perhaps TCX needs to really tighten its grip then? Complete it's US and Caribbean offering ( new destinations, increased frequency, upgraded hard product and stronger winter offering) look East and South for off peak departure destinations (India, China, Thailand, South Africa and others) and really commit to the hub concept with partner airlines. Could easily envisage 10 based A330s pretty soon. Combine that with a decent order for new aircraft and they could become properly entrenched.
