Thank you for the info. In advance sorry for sounding possibly naive, but this sort of salary system is quite new to me. I understand you're on the course / working for WA? If so, could you please confirm if that looks realistic to you:
For SO (freshly off the training),
Base = 20'000E
Sector = 300*27E = 8100E (Old entry on pjn states 300-350 sectors per year in PL are standard)
Sector Bonus = 300*15E = 4500E (assuming mid-range bonus for each sector
Flight Day = 220*54E = 11880E (assuming 220 working days)
SUM=44480E
I got the figures off pilotjobsnetwork, however I'm uncertain about the "54EUR gross/flight day completed for FO" and the sector bonus, so they might be calculated wrongly... Also, apparently the salary is subjected to the Swiss tax, am I correct?
