Irish press have been speculating that Stobart could mount a take over bid for Flybe.
Interesting noise around this. Flybe have seen 70% fall in pre-tax profits H1 2017. Yet in their commercial wisdom see it a priority to spend £5m to £10m on ecommerce and a review of their IT.
Could see Stobart adopting acquire and fix strategy then quickly move to expand and growth posture.
One to watch.
