No secret about it - the UAS units are all part of the RAF Volunteer Reserve. If you join without being aware of that, then you almost deserve to be called up.
Unlikely a call up would ever happen - if Liz wanted to lose a multi-million pound aircraft then it would be cheaper to run it off the end of the runway - less fuel to pay for.
