Also, I've read that they expect you to know since you are licensed, having completed a CPL and finishing the PHAK, do you think the book gives enough knowledge above PPL level?
If you treat the PHAK like a aviation bible it will give you all the info you need for PPL and CPL. and if you already have a PPL it will help you refresh your memory anyway.
