Is there a covered walkway so that when you get dropped in CP 5 you can make your way to the terminal in inclement weather without getting completely soaked ?
According to the post from jon01 directly above - yes!
I can't see the problem with what is a comparatively short walk to the terminal. God did give you legs. If walking is such a problem then pay up!
At EMA and LTN you don't get the option (use legs or pay).
