Air Cadet Squadrons are always on the look-out for a wide range of experienced Civilian Instructors. They don't necessarily have to have any aviation background but in your case you would be a gem for the nearest Sqn.
A DBS check, a couple of hours a week and you will certainly be putting "something back".
