I arrived at 08.10 on the 25th. The lack of contact stands at T2 is really apparent. The airlines and ground handlers need to think about their provisions, it took 35 mins from arriving on the stand until I was in the immigration line, a single stair on an A333 is not a good setup. Immigration wasn't to bad, even the non-UK/EU line was fine, and this is with two A330s a 787 and a 747 arriving in relatively close order. Baggage reclaim was a bit of a mess as it seems about half of the belts are now out of use and we had multiple wide-body flights on each belt.
