Regarding CFR, GRQ and RNS you're probably about right there but when the routes were originally planned the ATR42 was to be used and the 72 is really a bit too big for the markets. It's funny how load factor is usually the thing that people jump on (with some justification) but there really is a lot more to it than that.
I wouldn't argue with your MAN estimation either unfortunately.
