Amazing how in 2017 this is still acceptable. The amount of money airlines/passengers pay to operate in this country and the level of service given by the airports is woeful.
It is also interesting how people are banging on about autonomous aircraft and the like, yet this country can't even get 1960's technology up and running because we can't afford it.
