congrats - Best of my knowledge, is that internal ( cabin crew) that we dont do security checks and medical as we are already capable to fly.
I'm guessing with ground crew to cabin - you would be joining the externals as you haven't actually flown yet, so you do the entire 7 weeks or so.
For current cabin crew ( qf mainline trained) its a simple conversion which would entail a initial a380 + 787 eps and door training, plus service training update - total duration 10 days.
