Yes, another day of MAN-tastic figures on the North Atlantic. Huge number of terminating pax arriving on the SQ from Houston, and as 750XL notes there were big numbers transferring onto and off USA flights. How about 74 on the inbound TCX Los Angeles, and 57 on the outbound San Francisco. Increasing evidence that MAN is no longer just an airport for the Northwest of England, or just the North and Midlands, but for the UK as a whole and an intercontinental hub on the western fringes of Europe. Far better-connected to the rest of the UK by both air and rail than is the major hub at Heathrow.
